Last updated: 2025 · These terms govern use of this website; consulting engagements are governed by their own written agreements.
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the website operated by MHR CONSULTING LLC (the "Company," "we," "us") at mhrconsu.shop (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Company is a Utah limited liability company with its business address at 1019 E Fence Post Rd, Fruit Heights, 84037, United States. The Site describes the Company's consulting services across six practice transects — management and strategy, people and organization, market and customer, operations and supply, environment and remediation, and technical and scientific disciplines — and provides a channel to contact the practice. The Site is informational; it is not a client portal and does not process payments.
Submitting a survey request, sending an email, or calling the practice does not create a consulting or advisory relationship. An engagement exists only under a written proposal, statement of work or engagement letter accepted by both parties. Service descriptions on the Site are general in nature — scope, deliverables, fees, confidentiality and liability terms are defined exclusively in the written agreement for each engagement.
Content on the Site — including transect descriptions, station listings, methodology figures and FAQ — is provided for general information. It is not legal, tax, financial, engineering, scientific or other professional advice tailored to your situation, and it does not create a professional relationship of any kind.
Certain services carry express boundaries, which apply on the Site and in engagements:
The Company does not warrant business outcomes, savings, revenue, cost reductions or the result of implementing any recommendation. Examples and methodology descriptions on the Site are illustrative and are not commitments for your engagement.
When using the Site you agree not to: (a) misrepresent your identity, organization or authority; (b) submit false, fraudulent or harassing requests; (c) attempt to probe, scan, attack or overload the Site or its hosting infrastructure; (d) scrape or harvest Site content for unsolicited commercial purposes; (e) submit another person's or organization's confidential information without lawful authority; (f) use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
The Site's text, layout, graphics, diagrams and compiled code are owned by or licensed to the Company and its developer. You may view and print pages for internal evaluation of the Company's services. Other reproduction, republication or derivative use requires prior written consent. Deliverables produced under an engagement are governed by that engagement's written terms.
The Site may reference third-party organizations, frameworks or standards. Such references are informational and do not constitute endorsement or affiliation; the Company is not responsible for third-party content or availability.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Commitments about engagement deliverables appear only in engagement agreements — never on this Site.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. In no event will the Company's aggregate liability arising from use of the Site exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Claims arising from consulting engagements are governed exclusively by the applicable written agreement and are not limited by this section.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party in connection with the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or covering Davis County, Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder enforced. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
